You can append the size and color to the product name on the confirm.php page as well as the pp_confirm.php page so that it gets passed to paypal. If you send me a copy of those pages I can show you how.

on confirm.php you can update line 59 from:
$WA_PP_ECO_Do_itemized[1][$nextIndex] = "".$slazenger->DisplayInfo("Name") ."";

to:
$WA_PP_ECO_Do_itemized[1][$nextIndex] = "".$slazenger->DisplayInfo("Name") ." size:".$slazenger->DisplayInfo("Size") ." color".$slazenger->DisplayInfo("Color") ."";

(this assumes you are using eCart column names "Size" and "Color", of course update this code with the actual column names.

Then do the same thing on pp_confirm.php where you find the same reference (you didn't include that page so I can't give a line number).
