not getting email with data from form

Hi
For some reason I'm not getting the email with the info from the form sent...
I've redone it a couple of times and nothing seems to work-
PLEASE help me.

http://www.hinghamshipyardmarinas.com/WinterService1.php is a link to the form online.

Does it go to the thank you page after submission?

Can I look at the page: "webassist/email/waue_WinterService1_2.php"

I may be able to spot the problem in that file.

Yes the thank you page does come up when submitted.
Attached is the "webassist/email/waue_WinterService1_2.php"

Let me know your thoughts

Thanks

I wonder if it doesn't like sending from an @aol.com email address.

Try using an email address registered for your domain as the from address so that it uses something like: admin@hinghamshipyardmarinas.com

Who is your hosting provider? Is it possible that the email is sending but getting spam blocked by your receiving email system?

Can I get FTP information to debug? I'll try a few things to see if I can figure it out.

Thanks for your efforts....
But I was able to get it working by reworking another form that already does everything I needed it to do.
