MySQLI User auth login user panel displaying properly

FInd screen shot attached - I am using DW CC on a mac Yosemite ver 10.10.4
I used DMXZone extension mgr to install your extensions. DataBridge seems to work ok, but MySQLI is not. Any suggestions ?

DataBridge security assist keeps crashing when the OK button is clicked to create the pages. Nee help with this problem too. Thanks

Update: After uninstalling all my DW installations(2014 and 2015) using the Adobe CC cleaner tool and reinstalling only DW 2015 i was able to install the webassist extensions using the DMXZone installer. They seem to be working now. Thanks anyway.

I updated the MySQLi server behaviors extension to address the issue with Authenticate User. If you re-install that should be resolved.

I'm unable to reproduce the crash when running Security Assist. Is there an error when it crashes? What page does it crash on?

I may need to set up a screen sharing session to debug that issue with you since I can't reproduce it locally. Please post back with a good US phone number or Skype contact information and I can set up a call to debug and find a resolution with you directly.
