Problem installing Paypal Ecommerce Tool Kit 4.5.3

I tried installing the Paypal Ecommerce Tool Kit 4.5.3 and keep getting the message:
The file C:\DOCUME~1\WINDOWS~1\Temp\PayPal_mxi\configuration\Shared\PayPal\Payplal\
Configuration.js' is missing. The extension will not be instaloled.
Please advise.

Before trying to install the Paypal eCommerce toolkit, make sure the installer is downloaded to your computer.

if you receive the prompt to either open it from the currant location, or save it to your computer, select the option to save it.

Once the installer is downloaded to your computer, you can install the add-in

Paypal toolkit Installation problem

Problem Solved with a bit of mystery.

I was able to install the extension. Rather than double click the extension which opens the manager and installs the extension, I had to open the manager and install from inside the program. I tried this once before with no success but it owrked this time.
