A specific validation does not work

Hi,
I have a specific validation on my form that does not want to work.
I had used it on a previous for and got it to work but on this one it wont. I need a second set of eyes to help me on this.

Basically the validation of validateInputs()
is suppose to check to see if any of the other inputs are entered and if so the form can send.
If not then it's not and they need to finish entering or check the just launch box.

In the inspection element in Chrome I keep getting #shadow-root
and in the console I get: startup (background is ready) from chrome-extension..../content_scripts/vk/content.js:15

You can check it out at http://www.hinghamshipyardmarinas.com/SpringService.php

Please let me know if you have any ideas of where the mistake is.

Thanks
Tobey

I don't see an obvious problem. Because it is custom code I'd have to ask you to sign up for a premier support ticket and do screen sharing to debug if you need our assistance.
