cart 6 transaction problems with added options to item

I'm having a problem with eCart6 that is returning failed transactions with PayPal when I add options that increase an item's total price or when I add options that multiply that price by a percentage (IE: Adding a matching accessory for $30 or adding 10% for an XL size). The cart is working when a purchase is made for an item with no options and I'm lost trying to figure this one out. I'm willing to pay to have this cart fixed for me as I'm not getting anywhere with the wizard. Help?

You probably have to update the paypal server behaviors on the confirm.php page as well as the pp_confirm.php page. It will automatically use the "Price" column as the item price and paypal will reject the transaction if the total of the prices don't add up correctly and match the total cost in the cart.

It looks as if it is correct. I have "GrandTotal" used in my cart and it's reflected in the confirm pages. I also noticed, however, that the cart wizard doesn't seem to have generated the information to pass on all of the options for my items shown in the cart. Could this be the problem?

The GrandTotal is the correct grand total, but the individual item totals are probably what isn't correct.

OK I was using "TotalPrice" for each item's price, after all the options were totaled. So, I entered that in pp_confirm.php . I'm still getting a failure.

I think TotalPrice is used by eCart to calculate the Price*Quantity... I think you would have to use another column name for it to work properly or divide that by quantity since paypal expects an individual price.

Maybe add a calculation to the cart: TruePrice = Price+OptionPrice

and then use that.
