File Manager appears to be working but does not insert

My file manager on my update horse profile is not working. It inserts into the form properly, displays as inserted but does not actually update.
Details attached. Thank You

I think it is because you have made that form element readonly. Form elements with the readonly attribute won't be added to the form post or available to make updates.

The page that I referenced that IS working also has a read only style but on the
name="logo_img" readonly style="float:left;"/>
The file manager was added to this page when the page was created. The page with the issue had an upload which I replaced with the file manager. The upload was working but I wanted to use the file manager. Also on the non working page we are doing additional things. 1. deleting the image. 2. custom scripting and js to populate the pedigree. Is it possible that the scripts need to be rearranged on the page or ? Also I revised the input info on the non working page to match the working page and I am still having the same issue.

I found a typo in the Update field binding. I fixed it. Please test the page again and let me know if you still have issues.
