checkout.php with 40 file or directory not found message at bottom

I let the checkout wizard generate my checkout.php page along with others, and where it would show the existing shopping cart after entering some of the required shipping address fields or even the same as billing checkbox, the bottom displays "404 - File or directory not found." How do I fix this? Attached is the checkout.php page that was autogenerated.

Make sure you have uploaded the confirm_cart.php page and confirm.php page to the site.

If you still have problems, please post a URL so I can view the problem. I don't think the issue is with the checkout page you have provided itself.

Both autocreated confirm_cart.php & confirm.php appear on my remote server. One thing I don't have that I see in my checkout wizard is a PayPal Express Checkout Return Page which I left the option unchecked for "pay with PayPal Express Checkout" if this makes any difference.

Here's the link to our temporary eCart link as follows:
http://citychemical.applinex.com/
under "Search Here for the chemicals you need", type "Yellow" and click on "GO" button"
then select a few items and click "add to cart"
then click "checkout"

as soon as I click "same as billing" under shipping does it change and I see the file not found message where the cart used to be.

The code implies that the confirm_cart.php page is the one missing. Can I have FTP access to verify all of the files are in place and debug further?

Also make sure to upload the entire /webassist/ folder. It appears there may be more missing files from there.

While I'm perplexed that I see the files specified and also checked for dependencies as well, I'm rather curious as to what I'm really missing.

I re-uploaded the subfolders, so that now seems to work. Now to figure if something's wrong with the authorize.net configuration as I'm getting the following error message now:

The following errors have occurred.

(103) This transaction cannot be accepted.

I'm not sure if my replacing thumbnail with the product ID has anything to do with it though.

Update, I'll post this dilemna as a new question. Seems like one thing after another...

Error 103 means you have entered an invalid transaction key. Get the current transaction key from the authorize.net admin and make sure that AIM is enabled on your authorize.net account.
