installed.jpg missing causing http 500 error

My site has been working well but unfortunately has now stopped and is showing an http 500 error.

More details of the error below

I have managed to resolve this by uploading the installed.jpg file again however I have concerns that this will happen again.

I have tried creating the new globals file and installing installed.php but got other errors of missing files or incorrect paths.

I replaced the reference to installed.jpg to installed.php, so you shouldn't have this problem any more.

What did you use to FTP the files to the server?

It appears that it added line breaks between each line of your files. I removed the extra line breaks from globals.php as mentioned in the error, but if it is like that for every file, it may still show that error elsewhere.

The solution is to remove the extra line breaks, but if you run into it again you can post the line numbers here and I can remove them since I have ftp access.
