Hi Ray

Getting the attached screenshot error on my desktop machine when I try to create a set of insert, results and update pages.

When I then go to insert it as a plugin on another results page I get this error (and not sure if linked in any way to the above?): Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WA_AltClassIterator

Reinstall the latest version of the extension and this issue should be fixed.

am already on 1.2.2

Yes, but we updated the installation files without doing a dot release, so reinstalling should fix the problem.

OK, have done that and am still getting the error (attached)

It appears this issue went away after reinstalling the extension and restarting Dreamweaver.
