image already exists

Hi I have data bridge and I built a website for a client some time ago and now when they try and upload an image via the html editor they are told the image already exists. Even if you rename the image this message still persists, I have also queried the database and the image is not listed.

Please help as they are not very happy

Thanks

Rich

I'd have to debug it. If you post FTP information and a copy of the file you are uploading then I'll reproduce the problem and debug the cause.

Any update

Hi Ray,

Is there any update on this please?

It appears to be some sort of corruption in the database. The file is uploaded, it just isn't appearing in the list.

Try this... go to the database and delete all of the tables that begin with "kfm_"

I think that will cause the system to re-create the tables and it will create them correctly.
