serial number incorrect

Hi,

I have recently started having issues with all my webassist extensions. They install without issue, but when i try and use them and copy in my serial number i get an error stating incorrect serial number.

I have checked the support incidents to date and I'm not running a foreign OS and have tried to register this both in the office and from home and while on VPN and disconnected with no joy.

I have copied in a screenshot of the error, can you please advise on how to resolve.

Please post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll do a screen sharing session to look into this with you. The serial number appears correct and should work.

Do you have the latest version of the extensions installed? I ran into this with someone on the phone yesterday and they just had to reinstall the latest versions and it started working properly. (It might have been you)
