Second Checkout Not Working unless Browser Restarted

I built a checkout process using the checkout wizard (eCart 6.1.0).

Everything works fine, except... If a user completes a purchase and then goes through the process a second time, the page hangs on the "Please Wait" progress bar during checkout (see attached screenshot). After restarting the browser, the checkout works fine again. I can send you code in a pm once you respond.

Thanks

I think the issue is resolved. We had two jQeury files linked on the page. Could that have been it? Why was it going through fine the first time, but not the second? Could it be because the second time around the top form was already populated?

I'm not sure. The two JQuery links could have been the cause, but it is odd that it would act differently the second time around. The progress bar and form validation are controlled by JQuery and reloading the library can clear out previous settings causing issues during submit. I don't quite understand why it would act differently the second time around, but I'm fairly confident removing the repeated library is the correct fix.
