search seems to have stopped delete

Hey guys

Have been adding a search function to a variety of pages. The search works fine until you try to delete something from the _results page as it just wont delete. Have attached a one of the pages.

Cheers

Jamie

It looks like you added your new search form inside of the existing form. This is invalid html. Make sure your search form is not nested inside another form and make sure it has a unique ID.
