Creating a Form Options Train to results

I’m not sure I'm saying it right: what I want to do is build a form where if a user chooses option A, then he is presented with Options 1 and 2, but if he chooses option B, he is presented with options 3 & 4... This would be like a funnel leading to a final result after several choices. I wonder if this can be done in PHP alone, or needs MySql? Are there any features in DA or WA that would help me accomplish this objective?
What is this selection process called in code speak? Any tutorials or recommendations or examples ?
Thanks Jeff

Do you want to do this over several pages or on the same page with layers? How you do it depends on the user experience while it is done. We don't have any tutorials on it, but probably Data Bridge would have the tools to help. A database and MySQL probably isn't necessary.

I'd probably suggest signing up for a premier support ticket and we can discuss it in depth with you and help you come up with a plan and get started on it.

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

Thanks Ray, Will wait to see if I get the contract. May be over budget for this potential client. He seems to have champaign tastes... :-)
