Just downloaded to put on new computer and when I double click CMSBuilder101.mxp Extension Manager attempts to launch but immediately quits?

I've just got a new computer so I went to web assist to download Power CMS Builder, which I did successfully, but when I try to launch the CMSBuilder101.mxp Extension Manager attempts to launch but immediately "Quits unexpectedly" Therefore I can't install

What is your OS?

What version of dreamweaver?

When installing the extension, you should open the extension first, then click the install button and browse to the extension file to start the installation.

That's exactly what I said. When I try and open the extension it just launches Extension Manager and then immediately crashes Extension Manager. I get no where.
MY VERY PUBLIC APOLOGY TO JASON. The problem was MY FAULT. I did a bit of research and it was actually Extension Manager that was crashing, independent of anything I did. I downloaded a patch and all appears now well.
MEA Culpa, MEA maxima culpa. Sorry
