Forgot Password Link not working.. badUrl=1 in the redirect

I have had a look through the forums, and some people have had similar issues to this, but the solution has always been in a PM it seems.

I have a client site that the Forgot Password page creates an endless loop for. The intial form works, the email is sent to the user, the link is clicked and you get the "A problem occured with your information. Please attempt the forgotten password process again.." error message and as asked to try again, endlessly.

From what I can tell this means that the user ID and email don't match the hashed fp_data column, but I can't figure out why that is.

The link seems to work alright on my testing server, which is odd.

Any advice is appreciated.

THanks.

I will let Ray know, I know he was working on response emails a few weeks ago, and thought it was working again.
