Still having issues with Data Bridge upgrade.

I recreated my Configuration file, removed all extensions and reinstalled them, and I'm still having issues with Data Bridge. It DID go through the installation procedure - I watched it. I was able to enter my serial number, and it accepted it. However, I'm getting javascript errors upon launch of DW. Please see attached.

Also, I've used all my activations while trying to get this to work. Now what?

Thanks.

Recreate the users configuration folder.

this is the configuration folder that contains the DW Cache file.

close DW, then rename that folder and open DW to recreate it.

after the Configuration folder has been recreated, close DW, open the extension manager.

in the extension manager, remove the extensions, then reinstall them.

I tried all those things first - still errors. So, I completely uninstalled DW and reinstalled it again and this time, my WA extensions were the FIRST things to get activated. Now, it's working. Thank you.
