Activation

Trouble getting extensions to work today. (Australia 1.09 pm) reinstalled everything, reset activations, now activations are declined.

Have you got issues with the activation system?

Greetings,

I am trying to activate my Web Assist tool, but continue to have problems. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software and that seemed to go fine. I exited DW and went back in. Now when I try to access an entry on the Web Assist menu DW 2014.1 CC on a Win 7 x64 English lang system hangs and becomes unresponsive. I have to use Task manager to cancel DW. Eventually I got a dialog to send additional information to MS about the program stopping.

reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

Then close Dreamweaver and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

I can't activate my ecart is there still problems have lastest version just reinstalled in case

I was able to reinstall and activate with that serial number. It could be an issue with a firewall or antivirus software. Possibly an issue with the Dreamweaver installation. Are you able to activate other webassist extensions, or do you always get the same error?

Ok i had time to do this now, it not letting me activate none of the products it ask me for the activation code on everything, also I tried this now at work same thing with dreamweaver cc on windows 8 and windows 7, something is wrong because its happening to me on 2 different computers.

I get that my passwords are incorrect
