how can I get my money back from your company

I purchased your eCart and a webinar from you. I am very dissatisfied with your products and customer service. I am unable to see the webinar on my computer so that is a bust and I don't know how to work with your eCart I have a teacher that will teach me how to build my eCommerce website with Cartweaver 4 PHP. I have paid to much money for a product I can not use, please let me get my money back I can not use your products and you don't have any help for people that are new to eCommerce web design

For the Webinar issue, try using Fire Fox as the browser to view it in. It will also take a bit to load.
