will support ever be added to other extensions?

purchased this a little back and thought ok maybe I could start using webassist again with db and security but i find it is still not working and would need to manually change everything for the blimmin thing to work.
will data bridge and the other plugs ever work with mysqli? or was this really a waste of a purchase? this year maybe? some time soon?
your taking way too long guys!
Already been a year since I last used these plugins due to no mysqli, no ajax features and you guys are really taking forever to get yourselves back on course..... come on really starting to think I am wasting my time with your plugins. such a shame!

We are working on an upgrade for Data Bridge to support MySQLi right now, we are hoping to have that available by the end of the Quarter, we will then be working on Design Extender.

eCart has already been updated for MySQLi.

Means that design extender won't be released before this fall? That's a big disappointment! :-(

At least I hope that data bridge will finally include some major functional updates and won't just be a MySQLi update based on the current functions ...
