Logo Image Problem

I see others have had this issue previously. I am suddenly unable to get the site logo image to appear. It keeps resetting on /admin/design, which, of course, isn't an image file.

It seems as though you guys have to reset something on your end?

Yes, we will need to reset tis on our end, please provide your cafe commerce store address so we can reset it.
