Dreameaver CC 2014 update - just received notification today - is this safe to install?

This is somewhat ridiculous but it's better safe than sorry...

We have received a notification from Adobe today that there is an update available for Dreamweaver CC 2014. Following the problems with the last Adobe update - shutting down all WebAssist extensions - I just wanted to check that this is ok to install?

Thank you.

I Just installed it and ran through some basic testing, and have not run into any problems.

Seams to be working just like 2014.1
