Data Bridge Error

After a very long interval, I tried to test Databridge, but I am not able to use it. I have reset my configuration file and reactivated, but still getting the same erro. Please check the screenshot and please help me. I would like to know when Databridge will be available with MySQLi too?

Thank you

What version of Data Bridge do you have installed?

The curent version is 1.2.1, if you have a previous version installed, make sure to uninstall it from the extension manager before installing the new one.

After installing the extensions, open Dreamweaver, this should start the WebAssist installer. If the WebAssist installer does not start, you may need to open a PHP page to force it to launch.

after the WebAssist installer completes, make sure to restart Dreamweaver.

Hi Jason,
Thank you for the quick reply, I have current version installed, and this is a fresh installation and followed everything you have asked. But I am getting the error.

try installing again

if the problem persists, pleas provide more details:

What are the steps you take to encounter the error?

What version of DW?

Wat is your OS?

What other extensions, including version numbers are installed?

Installation is not giving any error, but after activation I restarted DW CC, once I start with a dataassist page, it starts generating code and after seconds it stop generating and display the error.

I am using Win 8, I have only databridge 1.2.1

also, make sure you have the deprecated server behaviors extension installed:

Hi Jason,
Now I can generate code but this is the error I am getting when I tried to view it.

Deprecated: mysql_pconnect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyPHP-DevServer-14.1VC11\data\localweb\wacouncil\Connections\connWACouncil.php on line 11.

When you are going to upgrade the extension? I mean do you have any plan to release this fix?

Thank you

in the PHP ini file for the server, turn off deprecated warnings:

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED

we are working on development for a Data Bridge upgrade to use MySQLi that we are hoping to release by the end of this quarter.

Thank you Jason, I would wait for MySQLi support, because it's better to wait for another 3 months instead of re-doing the application
