Error Messages/Formatting Glitches in Email Form

Hi:

I’ve been out of the loop for some time and now I’m having problems with an email form. At the local level the form looks well and appears to work well too, although I cannot test whether it actually sends emails or not. I started the Website less than a week ago.

The faulty email page can be viewed by visiting www.amarapura.salaroche.com / Contact Us. Please note how the top Navbar appears over the Header, which is not the way it appears at the local level. Attached please find a copy of the form in question.

Can you help me with this problem?

Thank you

On the initial page, you have some CSS in the head of the page and you use the ID HeaderMain and TopNavBar

on the contact page, you do not include the CSS and use different IDs for the header and nav bar elements.

include the CSS on both pages and use the same id naming to have the same style on both pages.

I don't see any errors on the page.

OK. Did the changes you suggested and now the page is working fine. Thanks.
