Failed to create html edit

have a webpage with text area that i replacleced with html edit field using WA, after uploading the page i get that error

make sure you also upload the entire web assist directory.

it looks like you are using a local testing server. when using a local testing server i usually set the local directory and the testing server directory to be the same in the site settings so that I don't need to upload anything.
