Email form

I am creating a simple email form however I have a selection box on what department the email should go to. So if you pick the marketing drop down it would go to joe@marketing or if you select help it would go to Joe@help. Again it's a basic form but the email has to be directed to one of the 5 emails of the 5 categories through a selection box. Thanks!

set the value of each choice in the select list to hold the corresponding email address.

then in Universal email, click the lightning bolt next to the To setting and select the binding for the select list.
