PayPal iframe in a Popup?

Isn't the PayPal form for checkout in Payments Advanced suppose to popup in an overlay?

It appears correctly on the site within an iframe but it shows up at the bottom of the page when the Billing and Shipping addresses slide up.
Maybe I have a js conflict but I wanted to make sure of the intended functionality before I start going through all of my current js.

If it's designed to simply show at the bottom of the page, then I will try and hand code it to use a colorbox or something.

Thanks,
TroyD

That is an iframe, it just isn't in a colorbox. You can open it in a lightbox, but that is how it is currently implemented so you would do that manually after application.
