Creating Pages generated code with @@strengthmessage@@

I noticed this appearing in a test for validations on all of the pages where passwords can be created, updated and/or reset.
Popping up as part of the error message is "... @@strengthmessage@@".

When looking at the input I see that all of the password fields include this as part of the title for that input.
Example:

<input id="Reset_Password_group_2_Password" name="Reset_Password_group_2_Password" type="password" value="" class="formPasswordfield_Medium" tabindex="2" title="Password strength requirement not met. @@strengthmessage@@" confirm="" required>

Thinking that maybe I had caused it to happen when recreating the pages I setup a new test site and created all of the pages from scratch. They all have it too.

Is this just a placeholder that isn't being removed during the page creation process? Or should it be doing something that isn't working?

Thanks
TroyD

Password strength requirement not met. @@strengthmessage@@

Every time I try to register, I receive the following error: Password strength requirement not met. @@strengthmessage@@
Can you please let me know how fix this issue?
I have added the following password and still shows this error: QW2345DDffgghhvvv OR QW2345DDffgghhvvv!! OR QW2345DDffgghhvvv!?!
the error message is still there.

If you attach a copy of the page where you get the error I can show you the lines that need to be updated and how to change the password strength requirements.
