Activation Issues
Hi Support, since purchasing the Data Bridge and MySQLi extensions on the 29th November I have been unable to activate either package. I've gone through the solutions and suggestions that are recommended in response to other users with similar issues; reinstalled the extensions, recreated the DW config file numerous times and finally reinstalled DW itself. Errors occur at stage 1 of the activation - where the extension is downloading additional files. Error messages vary from 'server time out', 'DW not responding', 'extension not found on server'. I have not got to stage two of activation, and have not yet entered a serial number. My system is a PC laptop, Wind 7 Ultimate, DW CS6 (latest version). I'm not happy about this,if a working solution cannot be found within a further 24 hours I will have to regretably consider invoking the 15-day refund for the products.
