Cannot Install Data Bridge

I tried installing the lastest Data Bridge plugin only to get a "extension not found on server" error...i also found out that the lastest version was like 626kb or there about and the older versions used to be like 20mb...the same goes for the rest of the plugins...thanks

No, it doesn't say anything. It just shows a not responding error on the title of the WA box as well as DW. I wait for as long as 30-45 minutes and it doesn't resolve itself. I am wondering if one could obtain the files its trying to download manually.
