HTML editor missing from Admin area and live edit

The HTML Editor has disappeared from the Admin area on one of my sites. This was working OK before so I'm not sure what's changed. All webassist files are on the server. I had this happen once before on another site and the problem then was that the kama skin had been deprecated and changing it to moono did the trick. However on this installation the line [$CKEditor_config["skin"] = "moono";] doesn't even appear on the Update page, and adding it in didn't help. Can I send you login details so that you can take a look?

the web assist/ckeditor/ckeditor.js file in your site had become corrupted.

i uploaded a fresh copy of that file to fix the issue.

you will need to clear the bowers cache.
