Some suffixes dont work

I am using universal e mail to send quotes from an online database I have written

It works perfectly - on all and .com - but will not mail when you enter for example a .co e mail address

I have tried to send one to and it will not send and also on a few others

Please can you tell me what the issue may be as the extension works flawlessly on the std e mail suffixes

Do you have Universal Email to redirect to a Success page after sending the email?

If so, does the redirect work?

on the success page, try adding the following code in the body:

<pre><?php @session_start(); var_dump($_SESSION); ?></pre>

this will write the session contents to the page. including in the session contents will be a status message on sending the email to the SMTP server, does the status return success or fall?

if it returns success, that means UE is compiling the email message and has passed it to the SMTP Server. so that will mean the problem is on the server end and you will need to contact the host for information on why it is not replying to those suffixes.

if it returns failure, I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

Ok, so the status says that it successfully sent the email, this means the problem is on the SMTP server end.

For some reason, the SMTP server is not relaying the email to that address.

The Way universal Email works is:
The PHP Page complies the email message, then hands it off to the SMTP server.

it is up to the SMTP server to relay the message to the recipient.

The response says it successfully passed the message on top the SMTP server, so it is the SMTP server that is not replying the email. you will need to contact the host for this one.
