Error on Form Contents Preset Removal

When I try to remove a preset from "CSS Form Builder - Form Contents" I get the following error:

I am using Dreamweaver CC 2014.1, OS X 10.10 with the latest extensions.

I have tried deleting the configuration cache file.

I am not able to reproduce this.

Try uninstalling the Data Bridge extension, then installing it again in the extension manager.

After the Installation completes in the extension manager, Open DW, this should start the WebAssist installer. if the WebAssist installer does not launch automatically, open a PHP page to force it to start. after the WebAssist installer completes, make sure to restart DW before using the MySQLi extension.
