form gives validation errors on fields that are not required
I have another thread on the forum where we discussed earlier issues. I thought they were resolved. Either they were not or these are new issues:
1. I thought form was fixed from our last go around, but it is not completely fixed. I tried it and it seemed to work fine. I let client's web agency test it - and for them it worked. We sent to client and it failed - error was on 10 (email) - this was not only from inside englobal.com network on work PC with work email - but also at home on non network machine.
2. I took out pattern of validation on email - it is too limiting and we thought caused problems - field is still validated but against no pattern.
3. tried form again - errors on all these - I noticed this before - I have not set these two be required - that is in fact why they are a separate group - because none are required - but whenever I make one change to form and reupload (I only use Edit Contents now) they are again required and cause issues)

3a. I unchecked the first 3 in Group 2. Just as a test - I simply saved my work (twice) and then reopened Group 2 before I uploaded to website and they were again marked as required. I unchecked the first 3 again and uploaded files.

If these fields were not marked by me as required - why do they keep getting check marks by the required box - and why are they caused my form to fail. This makes no sense to me.
