Everytime I start it up it crashes and when I try to download the updates it comes up with an error.

I have all of CS6 and only Dreamweaver is giving me a problem on start up. I click dreamweaver and immediately I receive a HUGE report that supposedly gets sent to Apple. I have attached for you the monstrous details. I was reading the forums and trying to troubleshoot, started with trying to download updates. No luck, I get this error message "Dreamweaver CS6 12.0.1 update to address critical issues
Update is not applicable. Error Code: U44M2P28" This is the first time I've even opened the program and yet everything else works fine, photoshop, lightroom, etc. No solution has popped up from the log. Please help?!

recreate the users configuration folder as outlined in step 12 of the Adobe troubleshooting guide:

after renaming the configuration folder, start DW to recreate it.

then open the extension manager, uninstall the extensions then reinstall them.

Hi Jason,

I renamed the folder and reopened DW however it gives me an error that says I may have to reinstall DW. I'm afraid to uninstall it because I can't find my serial key activation stuff. Is it in a properties folder saved so I can write it down? Or is there something else I can do.

If Dreamweaver is having issues, you will need to fix those problems before the extensions can be used within Dreamweaver. if you need help in recovering the serial number, I Would contact Adobe support, i''m not sure how the serial number can be recovered, but they should be able to help.
