Documentation doesn't match program

All of the dynamic dropdowns documentation refers to "Child Text" in the Create Dynamic Array box. There is no label that matches (see attached). I have gone over the instructions 10 times and tried everything I can think of, with no luck. Really need help here.

A video tutorial would have been a HUGE help.

Child text is the same as Child Value, in other words, it is the label that will show in the child select list.
