Cannot Activate Data Bridge after updating to most recent version
I applied the most recent updates to Data Bridge from version 1.1.9 to 1.2.1, Design Extender from version 1.1.7 to 1.1.9, eCart from version 6.0.6 to version 6.1.0 and finally Free Tools from version 1.0.9 to 1.1.1. It goes without saying that previous versions were uninstalled prior to installing the versions mentioned above. Having completed the updates I restarted dreamweaver (CS5.5) and found that Design Extender and Free Tools activated without a problem, however I could not activate Data Bridge and eCart extensions as, the updated extensions did not present the activation dialogue box to input my Serial Numbers.
I have performed the task of closing dreamweaver, locate and deleting WinFileCache.dat file, restart dreamweaver and found I could not activate Data Bridge and eCart. I have also uninstalled all the extensions and re-installed several times and encountered the same problem in the above paragraph.
When I try to start Security Assist it attempts to open but then quickly closes without giving any error message. When I try to start DataAssist or Digital File Upload a dialogue box pops up with the following error message - Error in serialCheck: TypeError: wa.pickDLL is not a function or Uninitialize error: TypeError: wa.pickDLL is not a function respectively.

What can I do to rectify this issue?
