activation problem databridge 1 2 1

Hi, I've problems for activation with databridge 1.2.1 on dreamweaver cc 2014.1. After the message Serial number verified and click activate to complete the activation, display the message the serial number you entered is incorrect. But I Copy and paste the serial number correctly.

when replying to the message, there is the public message section, and a private message section below it.

try resetting activations on your account.

Log into your account, on the MyAccount page, scroll to the download section and click the All My Downloads link.

on the All My Downloads page, click the button to reset activations, then try activating the extension again.

I've done reset activation yesterday and today but display always the same message. Yesterdey I've unistalled databridge 1.2.1 and installed version 1.2.0 on dreamweaver cc and I've activated the extension.

I have the same problem. I also have done reset activation.

I have the same problem one machine (2nd one) and another problem on another machine (main one).
another problem is JavaScript error:

retVal has no properties

also, ecart has the same problems with both machines.
I reset the activation but no help.
