Javascript error when editing or creating new Server Validations

When I try to save changes to a server validation or create a new server validation on a page, I get "While executing onClick in WAFV_Server.htm, a JavaScript error occurred." I have deleted the WinCache file, uninstalled/reinstalled Dreamweaver, uninstalled/reinstalled all extensions and even uninstalled/reinstalled Extension Manager. I am using Dreamweaver CC and Extension Manager CC on Windows 8.1 with DataAssist 1.20. What else can I try?

reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

you may need to restart the computer then delete the cache file again.

I was getting this error in my DW CS6, and had to clear the cache file 4 times.

Thank you Jason. That worked. I deleted that cache file many times and rebooted. It would seem that resetting the Workspace layout did the trick. Thank you!
