How to add different shipper to Checkout Wizard

I need to add a different shipper to the checkout wizard. How is this accomplished?

Do you mean a different rate lookup service?

you would need to hand code that, it cannot be done through the wizard, you would need to create the code to perform the rate lookup, store the result in a session, then create a shipping rule that uses the returned session.
