PayPal Sandbox API Credentials not working on eCart Checkout Wizard

Hi Jason, I wanted to ask you if you could test something for me, I been speaking to Ray about it and he recommended that I ask if you could test my PayPal API credentials (Developer Sandbox). As currently when I been trying to test the eCart Local Checkout (using the main eCart Checkout Wizard) its going straight to failure page. I did a PayPal Full Request Dump on the page and got the following error (Will PM you the details). Note I am testing currently on my local computer via XAMPP).

Regards

Chris

Security header is not valid

This means one of the following:
- The API Credential are for a live transaction and you are using sandbox or vice versa
- You have not accepted the billing agrement
- The api credentials are not valid for Direct Checkout only Express checkout
- The api credentials may just be bad, and need to be regenerated
