insert redirection not working

Hi Jason

Not sure whats gone wrong on the attached _insert page, but when you click insert it does the upload of the file and adds the content to the DB but the redirect isnt working. It just redirects to itself which then shows empty fields. It should redirect like the _update page I also attach (and works fine)

Thanks

Jamie

normally when redirect stops working it is because of an error occurring.

the steps to trouble shoot are to turn on error reporting by adding the following code at line 1:

<?php
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

Looking at your page, i see a blank line between closing and opening php blocks at line 53:
?>

<?php

this will cause the headers already sent error which will break the redirect.
