forgot password email

Hi,

Ray helped me on a premium support call this morning, regarding setting up a forgot password page and email to retrieve the password. Everything was working great by the time we got off the phone. By mistake I applied our template to the email message that would be sent to members reminding them of their password, and now the formatting of that email looks awful. I've tried to get back to applying the password form to a simple blank page but there is still something wrong with the page. Can you take a look at the attached file and let me know how to fix it?

Need more information.

Can you be more specific about what is wrong with it? i cant really tell how to fix something without details on what is wrong about it.

How do I forward you a copy of the "here is your password" email I am getting? that will be the only way you can see what I'm talking about. I can't figure out a way to take a screen shot of this and send it to you. What is happening is that my web site template is embedded in the email (my mistake) and I can't figure out how to remove it. The password info is in the email, but way at the bottom.

By the way, I am no longer getting email notifications when you guys answer a posting of mine. Is there a reason for this?

I Don't see your template in the blank_2 page you attached i just see the standard styling,

i'll add my email address in the private message section, you can forward the email there.

if you could also attach the forgot password page and the webassist/email folder, that would be helpfull.
