Confirmation emails to client

Confirmation emails to client

I have an old site built using an early version of eCart (4.5.2 I think, although it could be an earlier version that has never been updated on the site). My client is telling me that she is not getting the notices that tell her an order has been placed. Is this process happening through UE? If so where would I look in the UE files to find that specific function? When I look in those files, I can see that she is being listed to receive BCC for the confirmations sent to the customer - is that how it works?

So - if it is how it works, then I have another question. In the code for a file named WAUE_b_checkout_success_1.php, I find this line -

$WA_MailObject = WAUE_AddBCC($WA_MailObject,"name@example1.com","clientname@example2.com");

and I'm wondering if that's the reason that my client is not receiving the BCC for these confirming emails. Should it be this?

$WA_MailObject = WAUE_AddBCC($WA_MailObject,"name@example1.com,clientname@example2.com");

The reason I ask is when I open the confirm.php page, and edit the line called "Universal Email" in the Server Behaviors panel, I see this in the BCC field -

name@example.com","clientname@example.com

There's no leading or trailing double quotes there which make me wonder if I need to input just comma separated values in this field and not quoted ones.

Sorry for the length and scope of this question!

yes, the code should be:
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_AddBCC($WA_MailObject,"name@example1.com,clientname@example2.com");
