Postage not being passed to Paypal

As of this morning (9th) whenever an order is passed to Paypal for payment processing the ordered items carry over ok but the postage charge is missing, anyone else having these problems? is it a paypal issue?

Hmm, looks like this a bug on paypal's end that they are looking to correct. I Fond this in the paypal support forum at stack overflow:
