Css sculptor 3 incorrect serial number

I had to re-install CSS sculptor but the serial number generates an incorrect serial error. I have tried resetting the activation but it does not work. Can you help?

In the private message section, send a screen shot of the activation, and the serial number you are using.

The activation window says it is for site sculptor, not CSS Sculptor. use the Site Sculptor serial number.
