Data Assist has not been upgraded to work with MySQLi yet, we are currently working on that upgrade.

The conversion to MySQLi is a multi step process, the MySQLi server behaviors was the first step in the conversion, we have completed upgrading eCart 6 as well and are working on upgrading Design Extender and Data Bridge.

At this time, you will need to continue using standard MySQL connections when working in Data Bridge

That's not ideal seen as I just purchased all the upgrades and a seminar. I hope it's going to be easy to migrate when you get it sorted.

I'm now getting this error:

( ! ) Deprecated: mysql_pconnect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in C:\wamp\www\vials_test\Connections\dbcon.php on line 9
Call Stack
# Time Memory Function Location

2 0.0020 286200 require_once( 'C:\wamp\www\vials_test\Connections\dbcon.php' ) ..\products_detail.php:1
3 0.0020 286952 mysql_pconnect ( ) ..\dbcon.php:9

Will this show on the live site?

Thanks.

edit the php.ini file to turn off the depreciated error level.

http://php.net/manual/en/function.error-reporting.php

Whether it displays on the live site depends on the settings for displaying error in the live sites php.ini file.
