Strange characters in some browsers and not others?

Hi, I have had this website up for a while without issue. On my browser it looks fine.

My client sent me these screen shots below on her computer. I circled in red. Let me know if you want to go take a look but I think its a browser javascript issue or something?

Her comments "It adds numbers and letters where they shouldn’t be (like the city and state area on the 1st screen shot.) It puts lines through things randomly. And then it does what the last screen shot is and puts lines and all the extra stuff."

Have them try resetting the browser to default settings:
