Redirect page not working

Using an older version of e-cart, my pages were created in 2011. I need to repair the users_Registration.php page since it is no longer redirecting back to the users_LogIn.php page. OR I can redirect to users_SuccessRegister.php page, which never worked.
users_LogIn.php redirects correctly to users_Registration.php, but the users_Registration.php page comes back to itself.

could be a php error causing the redirect to fail. try adding the following code at line 1 to turn on error reporting:

Also Login Page does not require registration anymore.

Somehow my pages are not redirecting properly anymore.

Registration page does not show new User in Database either.

I did not change the page. It used to work... I did transfer database in go daddy from Economy to C-Panel unlimited, but made no changes with the Database. Do not know if this is related.

When you edited the register button you changed it's name which broke the trigger for the insert behavior.

I changed the name back to Register to fix the problem.
